It was fairly clean, the staff was very helpful, plus the service was very good. The location was central and walk from a museum and a castle. Besides, we were walk from a stadium and restaurants.

the hotel is ideal and the rooms are a nice size and well-maintained. i loved extremely helpful personnel that ensures guests have a really good stay. the setting is magnificent and incredible, very close to right on top of metro station and a metro and corner shop. nishi ward district deserves your time and attention. every time in osaka, i choose this place.
